Builds the theorem-support scaffold for the primordial spectral-index route through the coexact Dirichlet-to-Neumann boundary Hessian and the homogeneous Oppenheimer-Snyder JWST formation-clock map. Current v2.0 support adds the R4/FIRAS non-entry audit and reproducibility bundle.
