Paper 17 — The Modular Projection Theorem
Upgrades the Gauge Thermal Transfer Principle to theorem status inside a shared thermal-plus-gauge Hilbert space. The paper constructs the A-vacuum GNS state, proves its modular properties, and derives the Modular Projection Theorem as an operator-level closure of the earlier transfer principle.
