Operator closure upgrades both the Conformal Modular Principle and the Baryon Dictionary Principle to theorem-grade results inside one shared stack. Current v1.6 support adds the R4/FIRAS repair audit and retires independent CMB-temperature prediction wording.

Paper 18 — Modular Completion and Baryons
Completes the operator-level closure program by upgrading both the Conformal Modular Principle and the Baryon Dictionary Principle to theorem-level status within the reduced observer algebra. The v1.6 support bundle documents that CMP, BDP, and V(alpha) are R4-independent, while observer-side Bogoliubov temperature claims now inherit Paper 17's FIRAS-fixed R4 readout.
